Governance

AtomAI has adopted the OpenZeppelin Governor contracts to manage CollateralVault, TimeBasedCollateralPool, and LetterOfCredit contracts. All contracts have configurable parameters, allowing prudential adjustments as additional market data becomes available to ensure protocol safety.

The AtomAI protocol is governed by the community of ANVL holders and delegates. On-Chain governance allows the community to propose, vote on, and implement changes to the configurable parameters of the AtomAI protocol contracts. This framework ensures that the protocol parameters (e.g. token support, limits, and collateral factors) are determined and supported by decentralized governance.
